3 Easy Gratitude Practices for the Classroom
You don’t need to overhaul your lesson plans to make space for gratitude. Here are a few ways to weave it into your classes:
1. Gratitude Journals
Set aside 3 minutes at the start or end of class for students to jot down three things they’re grateful for, like friends, music, a sunny day, a favorite snack, a kind gesture. Over time, this builds a habit of noticing what’s good.
2. Thank You Notes
